Large Venture Engagement

Marcus Tullius Cicero
There is every reason to believe that classic rules of engagement in this domain are completely inadequate. On the other hand, there is every reason to believe that efforts made to understand and react to this unknown will yield a much needed synergy in solving problems facing the world in the Middle East, India, Andean chain, etc. It seems reasonable to take the position that problems likely to face the new organization structures needed for contact leading to engagement through the IPv7 mirror will simulate barriers in current conflict (or the converse). For the sake of simplifying this page, points of contact which have degenerated to armed conflict will be excluded. Another simplifying assumption will be to minimize dependence on the cacophony filling the world today. If page 16 of Phase II has any credibility, the passage “A row of red doorbells flickered into the Cartesian.” will be recognized as an approach of choice by very wise beings. If an organization operating in today’s global environment elects this path, a culture will have to be reset. These doorbells may be sensors. Before accusations of theological fantasy are made, a short survey of current web practice should take place. Now it may be productive to consider Page 18, Proposition 7, Initial Attempt to Define Functional Relationships, which contains the observation :”A row of memo pads in the eastern sky”. This message needs no interpretation. All this was collected in 2006 and is on deposit with the Library of Congress. The last three years have seen a local concentration of these sightings, enough to patiently accumulate and interpret anecdotal evidence until it weighs enough to be taken seriously. This impression to be included on Phase IV will give a sense of a possible remote reaction to this position.
- A Phantom in profile – A ladder and the top of a peak roof – Saturn floating a millimeter or two above a mounting stand – A number of people who had converted to angels gave a short view of their domain. Cicero did not appear to be among them. One angel looked startled, and then disappeared. A screen shot of a chap pulling the stop signal of a UCAT bus – A musical note – A briefcase handle sliding on a vertical thread – A group of people, most of whom had bone and joint problems, engaging in intense water sports. – A rollover automobile accident – the car was demolished (9-11-09)
Continued IPv7/Web 4.0 experimentation has yielded the distinct possibility that time redefinition can be incorporated in both exploration and other data acquisition. This is supported by this Phase V impression.
- Two bits – The jumelle on Passoret – Ends of several galvanized pipes – A gold chain – A center punch (12-5-09)
Continued IPv7/Web 4.0 probing has yielded this very challenging element.
- The day finally came when so many became proficient at planet drives that existing orbits were disturbed. A control algorithm was added to IPv7/Web 4.0. The old man dropped in with a “Well done.” An egg on Dorothy’s breakfast platter (12-26-09)
The extent to which IPv7/Web 4.0 concepts can facilitate large venture engagement can not be understated. A sense of this is data collection capabilities required for remote beings to generate and transmit this Phase VI impression.
- White crosses marking graves in Flanders, a significant location in both the Eighty Years War during the late 1500’s and WW I (2-16-10)
- Caterpillar treads on the front quarter of a tank, possibly a WW I or early WW II model – A scissor clipping the corner of a printed page
IPv7/Web 4.0 promise has been more than fulfilled by yielding an apparent gateway to IPv8/Web ?. These Phase VII impressions give some idea of expanded potential.
- A story about a lever action rifle bought by amateur collectors – Vintage appeared to be in the 1800’s. When it failed to fire, they took it to an expert. “The slide is too worn. It will not work.” A stranger passed by, curious. “I think that I can fix it, give me an hour at my forge.” “OK” When he finished, the slide not only fit perfectly, but the alloy was original. They fired the gun, and the barrel split. After a bit, the stranger reappeared. “Give me more time at the forge.” When he finished, the rifle was as new and test fired to spec. “How could you do this?” “I built this serial number with these tools.” – Disbelief – The gunsmith then disappeared with no explanation. (6.19.10)
- A ships stern – An average day, meeting and greeting those who have mastered interstellar travel (7.5.10)
Experimenting with IPv8 as a communications network has given this page a little more credibility, as reflected in this Phase VIII impression.
- A car rolling through snow – An android, looking for collaboration in a strange land, found himself in San Francisco confronting the police. A few officers, acting against his warning, activated his automatic defense and blew themselves up. Following this, and having been approached by another android trying to rescue him, he tried again to explain to the police. They, not recognizing the currency he was carrying, arrested him for vagrancy. He spent the night in jail, during which time the police acknowledged their mistake and became a little more cooperative. The scene faded before a definitive resolution was reached. (9.5.10)
