Vaclav Klaus’ signature on the EU Lisbon Treaty continues a chain of events affording a real time laboratory for another challenge, potentially more difficult.  It is only seventy years since the 1940 Rotterdam blitz.   Obstacles in the tortuous road  from this tragedy to the EU accomplishment are a matter of record and, while they are fresh in the minds of many who have lived through it, the Triad proposes another.

The Triad has advanced the proposition that a process not unlike the road to the EU is required not only for the planet, but also for the process the planet must eventually master to reach its highest achievement.  There can be no room for doubt that this goal is there for the reaching, so this website will advance the arguments, acknowledge the obstacles, and make a first try at pathfinding.  The balance must be shown to be worth the effort by whatever means this diverse population uses to make up its individual and collective mind.  This impression, to be included in Phase IV, is an example of the kind of encouragement is likely to be offered.  As background to “between the lines” reasoning, several comments made during development to date are offered for what they are worth.

• A story about a virus which, when it infected androids, would make their transformations complete.  For instance, if an android took the form of a wolf, the virus would take control and take the android to the primeval wolf mentality.  This brought the old man to the scene because the infection had spread through his domain.  One victim, a neurologist, made a tinker toy model of a molecule she thought might stop the infection.  It worked.  She then asked the old man if he could bring back the infected android she married.  The old man tried, but the scene dissolved before a conclusive finish.  A drumstick ice cream cone inclined at 45 degrees.
