Thousands of years of thought, fable, dogma, and bloodshed have been invested in this domain of human existence, so the interested and involved will not be criticized for labeling this segment of this website a fool’s errand.  The attempt is encouraged by the crisp summary in Eisenstadt’s, ‘The Origin and Diversity of Axial Age Civilizations’, p. 13.  To extract:

“Of central importance here is the degree to which access to the central attributes of cosmic and /or social order is given directly to members of any social category or subcategory, enabling them to act as mediators between these attributes and the broader groups.”  © 1986 State University of New York

This statement can be used as a legitimate reason  to avoid defining these attributes more closely than those necessary to bridge  the conceptual  space between the unknown mind behind cosmic order and the daily lives of all the species on this planet.  This then, would define the operating envelope of a virtual organization.  A long held belief in angels could characterize the population of this envelope.  Another impression contained in the working draft bears on this.  To extract:

Application

It is not unreasonable to assume some physical principles uncovered in advanced research are used by this virtual organization.  Two  of the more likely sets are the subject of experiments informally named “The Spooky Twins” and “Schrodinger’s Virus“.  A unique advantage to be gained by using these examples would be a definitive and observable reaction by the virtual organization showing appreciation not only of the technical content but also of the humanity in the titles.  For the sake of argument and to open the discussion, let us test the idea that a remote being has taken the position that time is a form of energy.  Taking off on this, is it not reasonable to take the line that, consistent with laws governing energy forms,  it can be polarized, expressed in a variety of coordinate systems, reflected, refracted, transformed, and change state?  An entry point for applying this reaction should be Web 4.0 development.   Continued concept refinement has yielded the potential for  developing a compatible  IPv7 working into a mirror system in the very remote.  The latest and most promising avenue is summarized in this Phase V impression.

• Some people fell victim to an elaborate ruse to steal some ships plans and blueprints.  After the theft, an old man suddenly appeared carrying them.  “Who are you?”  “I am the one you call Allah.  I have been watching your Divinity and the Devil get acquainted, and have decided to join them.”  (1-5-10)

Probing with an unstructured IPv7/Web 4.0 continues to yield encouragement for further development.  Phase VI will contain this addition.

Developing a website with this scope and moving it from a site build to a wealth creating venture with exploration capability must reach a credibility threshold before serious organizational planning can be made.  Continued IPv8 probing gives every indication that this sage has been reached.  This position is reflected in these Phase VII impressions.
