This page should be written by a communications systems expert, but since there are not too many of them in the jungle, it should be interesting to see if principles outlined throughout the site will generate an effective first effort. A quick read of web material on Pres. Obama’s affinity groups makes it clear that they were created to focus on boosting one person to a position from which he would make an effort to meet their needs. This is not the Triad objective.

Jean Baudrillard not only looks better every day, but he also wrote a form of specification for Web 4.0. Follow with Eisenstadt”s “concept of crystallization of new stages of social differentiation” (©1986 State University of New York) and Pres. Obama’s Web 2.0 becomes Triad Web 4.0, the focal point of which moves from one man supported by multiple affinity groups to multiple leaders, each with his (or her) affinity group or groups operating a virtual organization in a national structure. Web 4.0, a more structured and focused version of Web 2.0, will use terminal dimensions and transport mechanisms heretofore untouched.  Even modest success in this area may require IPv7.

United Parcel Service is one example of aggregating what will become linked SLENs supporting this structure. The post “Where to start?” now becomes “Who is qualified to find and organize the affinity groups and SLENs”? For the sake of argument, let us use an extract from the 2006 Triad Phase II draft as an opening position. To quote from page 8:

The primordial being’s agenda includes a multifaceted exploration program, including but not limited to,

• Direct macro Cartesian observation
• Multilevel K/P time reversal scanners
• Multilevel long lines
• Formation of special purpose beings
• Genetic and metabolic analyses
• Allegorical translation used for both coaching and coordination

Tool and template development to complement this capability will touch every aspect of the first efforts and will inevitably bring theoretical physics to the jungle and the jungle to the top of Baudrillard and Eisenstadt. Not a bad match.

Bottom Up (Communications Exploration Bridge)

Basic to all this is the premise that the primordial will meet Homo sapiens half way in a good faith effort to accurately characterize it. Page 14 of Triad Phase II contains the statement (paraphrased): “We are led to believe the black orchid has an interest in refining description of the process whereby undifferentiated contour maps of its domain transform to maps with points of characterization.” In this case black orchid is the basic divine being. The complementary proposal is that technology is currently available to translate this interest into a cooperative effort. Any success in this area becomes the base exploration data set. Creating this data in Triad Web 4.0 and possibly scoping IPv7 will require a special breed. Fortunately, such a breed exists on this planet. Their operating mode has been aptly summarized by Mr. Zittrain:

• “The same social structures that drive Wikipedia also keep the net healthy. Crack teams of volunteers keep the net online and functioning, according to leading internet lawyer Jonathan Zittrain of Harvard University. The way data is divided up and sent around the internet in many jumps makes it “delicate and vulnerable” to attacks or mistakes, he said. However, he added, the “random acts of kindness” of these unsung heroes quietly keep the net in working order.” BBC©MMIX

This touch of humanity seems to have been acknowledged by the following impression:

• A story about a school whose students installed a search system.  They put in a sustained effort with the help of a technician who did not take the money left for him.  Instead, he left a small roll with the message that they had helped him with a very large scale networking experiment.  Shortly thereafter messages of congratulations started arriving from other schools who were participating.  (3-26-09)

Propositions made to Wegelin and people  planning  the Schrodinger’s virus experiment to use the larger fabric of IPv7/Web 4.0 Yield IPv8/Web ? appear to have validated the concept in this extract from the 2006 Phase II draft .  These Phase VI impressions are offered as support.

• A chap who had expressed an interest was offered a Swiss passport, gear he would need for a six month tour of duty in the military, and a ticket to the bahnhof to report for duty.  (1-28-10)
• Several stories showing an in depth understanding of the most subtle aspects of jungle communities (2-15-10)
• The standard mailbox as found in front of the Stone Ridge post office – A speculation on the consequences of internet sabotage along with a concept for a remote backup  (4-14-10)

And following with Phase VII:

• A lever action rifle – A subsonic wing leading edge  (6.12.10)

Continued probing with IPv8 has raised the possibility of enabling these communities to express themselves on a real time basis in a range of Triad activities.  These Phase VIII impressions raise the possibility of expanding this capability and introduce the security concerns the larger organization will doubtless express.

• Amanda came across her prince charming and started the most bizarre lineage story heard in centuries.  (8.9.10)
• Experiences discussed in a group almost completely android – A horseback rider on a thoroughbred at full gallop on gently rolling treeless terrain  (8.21.10)
• Several Mediterranean ports – An extraordinarily large transformer was towed through the streets.  Conversation among the bystanders  brought out that a small company had made back of the envelope calculations for a planet drive requirements and built the unit to those specifications.  (9.4.10)
