Pangaea

At some point in this work a new, probably controversial, idea must undergo a reality check.  Standing back from Triad development gives the impression that the author is actually talking about a quasi state which, if basic arguments have any validity, is a precursor to a formal one.  Given its origins in a virtual organization, many quarters might consider it subversion of their national or tribal interest.

Fortunately, EU development deals with this question in great detail and should be an invaluable source for precedent in operating agreements required to ensure smooth coordination among the core of the new organization, its extensions, and host nations.  Admittedly, this will not be an overnight exercise, but problems it will attempt to solve do not have overnight solutions.  If the opportunity which seems just below the surface is actually there, development will take centuries.  Depth of this domain can be sensed by considering this impression, to be included in Phase V.

• Two garbage trucks, nose to nose – A cluster of slingshots – A couple of people found they had a talent for opening people’s minds to new ideas.  They were so successful they published textbooks, opened a university, and were initiating great things.  Unfortunately, one day someone threw a grenade configured as a cigar into a room of the complex.  They narrowly avoided getting killed and lost their will to continue.  Some others were able to get the old man to walk them through the Bible and the Quran, separate fact from fable, and demonstrate the separation.  -   A partial view of an open end wrench – A very confusing story about a man who had made copies of himself – It was so confusing that both the devil and the old man got tangled in their own logic.  The nature of the copies he made had a direct correlation to the impression in the Climate Change Support page.  – A circus clown juggling a number of billiard balls (11-10-09)

Depth of this line of reasoning and potential for engagement seems to have taken new dimensions as IPv7 & Web 4.0 continue to be probed.  A sense of this in apparent in this Phase V impression.

• Word got out that there was a new Bible.  Demand drove the price to ridiculous levels.  One gold example had been made, and was stolen by someone outside the solar system.  When word got out that a gold one had been made, demand depleted known gold reserves.  Then word got out that gold could be made from lead.  Exchange traffic started.  Climax of the story as told came when a planet composed of frozen gas, possibly hydrogen, demanded a gold copy and threatened to blow itself up and destabilize its planetary system if it did not get one.  Outcome of this is unknown.  As might be expected, intruders broke into the production line intending to disable it.  (11-26-09)

Reviewing source material with IPv7/Web 4.0 potential in mind lends weight  to the position that an equivalent of a platform or charter for this new state should be a priority.  To extract from the 5.9.98 Paul’s Diary entry and subsequent documents:

• A black diamond rose into the sky – Ice tongs holding a football followed by a row holding black ice cubes  (5.9.98)

• A large cruise liner – An arrangement was made whereby a small group would visit Afghanistan and give the most hostile tribal leader a chance to wrestle with the devil.  A time loop predicted how the experiment would go, but to publish the results prior to conducting the experiment would invalidate the results.  (Phase VI, 4.8.10)

Probing the envelope with IPv8 leads one very quickly to the notion that a virtual state has existed for millennia but Homo sapiens has yet to master the techniques required to work with it.  The possibility that this may be on the horizon is reflected in this Phase VII impression.

• A horse with a white blaze on the forehead – A Phantom tail section seen from the rear – A brown paper bag  (6.24.10)
